Navigate the Real Estate Market

The real estate market is hyperlocal. It’s not about what homes are selling for on average nationally or even across the state; it’s about what is happening in your neighborhood, whether it be Coeur d' Alene, Athol, or Sandpoint. I am your local expert and can provide up-to-date information on home values, strategies for buying or selling, and market trends. I have chosen to partner with John L. Scott in part because they are an industry leader that is continually recognized nationally. Together we are committed to providing unparalleled service.

I find the great outdoors one of North Idaho's most appealing attributes. From the well-known rivers such as the Kootenai (pictured below), Clark Fork, Coeur d' Alene (top of page), Spokane and the St Joe, to the many incredible lakes: Coeur D' Alene (bottom), Fernan, Hayden, Hauser, Spirit, Cocolalla (above) - and the ever-intriguing Lake Pend O'Reille - the options are seemingly endless as to where to fish on any given day.

Of all the inland states in the U.S., Idaho has the greatest diversity of fish species and, hence, the widest array of choices available to the fresh-water angler.  If fishing and hunting are activities that appeal to your family and friends, you will be well-served to explore the many options that North Idaho affords - and if you have questions, by all means, feel free to ask!

After-all, the only thing better than fishing itself, is the tantalizing prospect of where tomorrow's outing might take you!
